Not without hacking the phone a bit. If you want full access, you also need to increase the MTP service's privileges; by default, it runs as a limited account that can read part of the file system but not all of it, and can only write to a few places. There aren't any official ways to do this. It would make debugging much easier if I could access the application local storage and its other private folders while the application is running: check the files that are present, modify them, add new ones etc.
